The
Principals
Andrew
L. Ladygo, Architectural Conservator, is primarily
involved in the areas of plaster stabilization and restoration,
though his expertise extends as well to other areas such as
exterior stucco, architectural woodwork, decorative paint
surfaces, paint analysis, field research and documentation
of historic structures.
With
over thirty years experience in the field of historic preservation
Ladygo has served with distinction in the capacity of architectural
conservator for architects, museum owners, and public and
religious buildings throughout the United States. He has also
contributed significantly to the profession by publishing
numerous technical articles, and developing lectures, seminars,
and preservation training workshops. Andy is the founder of
the Building Conservation Workshops at the Society for Preservation
of New England Antiquities in Boston, Massachusetts.
Thomas
Ciesla,
Decorative Painter, has served as project manager on many
projects over the last 20 years. He is particularly adept
at the restoration and conservation of decorative painting.
He has also taught arts and design at Berkley University,
Berkley, CA.
