But at the end of the day, week, month and year, these business details and Canning & Co.’s proficiency in them determining the success of a project — for the clients and the company.

All of our comprehensive projects are acquired through the competitive bid process. Budgets are monitored on site by project managers and overseen by our Operations Manager.

The John Canning & Co., Ltd is prequalified for bonded work. Our present surety company has current A.M. Best Rating of A+, is Treasury Listed as an acceptable Surety on Federal projects, and is licensed to do business in all States. We are therefore in a position to provide performance and payment bonds to guarantee the performance of the contract and to guarantee payment to subcontractors, suppliers, and labor under contract.
